"Sharyn was the consummate professional on what turned out to be a very difficult sale. We were selling our old house and no longer lived in state. The home had been rented for a couple of years and we contacted Sharyn to help us get it prepared and sold. She went through the house, provided us with great contractors to do the work, and got it on the market smoothly and efficiently. All I had to do was make the calls and set the appointments up. She was even ready, willing and able to go by the house and meet contractors and others whenever it was necessary so we wouldn't have to drive up to NC from Florida. At one point there was a problem with freezing pipes and Sharyn and her husband went out and made sure everything was ok at the house. Later once the house was on the market, Sharyn marketed it using social media and we had our first offer in 24 hrs. We had a second shortly afterwards and we were under contract within a few days of going live. Sharyn knows the market in Rolesville and Wake Forest and we were priced competitively, but not too low. When we found out we were going to be in Ireland during the first close, she stood in for us to close the deal. Naturally, the night before close there was a major hail storm and our closing was delayed--with us still in Ireland. Sharyn handled the renegotiation, found contractors to repair the damage and helped us navigate that process. Then when we were faced with a less than honest real estate agent representing the buyers, our entire deal almost fell apart. Again we were out of town, and we had to try to save the deal over the weekend. Sharyn worked through the entire weekend trying to work out a solution and she maintained her calm and composure when things got very tense. We were fully prepared to withdraw from the deal, when Sharyn managed to work around the problem with the buyers and get everyone back to the table. We solved the problems as we had first suggested and Sharyn pulled off the deal. We just closed today and we couldn't be happier with the service Sharyn provided. She knows the market, she is honest and she is the most hard working real estate people we've dealt with over the past 20 years. She's a gem and she'll get your property sold, at a great price, quickly and efficiently. We would use her again in a second and we're thrilled we found her. If you have a house in this region, call Sharyn. She will take care of you like family--whether you're buying or selling. I should say the buyer in our case should thank her as well. Without Sharyn they also would have lost a great house. She's the reason we were willing to come back to the table and sell it. If you're selling, call Sharyn. If you're buying, call Sharyn. "My thanks to Sharyn to begin with, I was prospecting the market to buy my first home and I didn't have no idea where to begin. I would consider myself as " a hard customer" with that said I had a very hard time to find a realtor that can keep up with my request of viewing / contracting multiple location or simply accommodate my ongoing curiosity. I found Sharyn on Zillow with no base idea what I was engaging too, beside the positive reviews and her extensive expertise. She was proactive in establishing a relationship, she was very easy to deal with, upfront, friendly and respective. she was committed to help me find my home. I remember that I was very stressed due to the market fast past. I'm usually the person who enjoy the return policy protection if you not satisfy. in this case there is none and yet I had to make a decision in less than 24h. my frustration was also dealing with the fact that I didn't know what to look for. A property with good upside return or starter home with Land or Land to build or starter home with little TLC ... honestly no idea and this is a hard situation for a realtor. just FYI I never admit to that till now :) I had a long relation with Sharyn, she acted as TRUE advisor all along of my journey. "I understand giving someone "perfect" reviews for things sometimes comes across as a person just went through and checked some things to be done with things; in this case it is not. Sharyn was extremely helpful and drove across Raleigh to show me the houses I was interested in looking at. Throughout visits, there was a lot of back and forth discussion about the homes, options presented for things I could do/request when I found something I didn't like and in general she was just on top of everything throughout the process. After being in the home for over a year now, I can say that the inspections she recommended and the people suggested to complete them game me a accurate picture of where the house was and what to expect; I don't think anything has come up that I didn't know about and make a decision on during the buying process."
